Airline Component Parts, Inc., an FAA Certified Repair Station, has been saving people money since 1994.  We are proud to consistently save our customers money by re-certifying or repairing small "expendable" accessory parts.  We test/calibrate, repair and/or overhaul pressure sensors/switches, wire harnesses, limited telephone (headset and handset) and we test temperature sensors/switches.  We are also pleased to share with you our affiliation as a Certified Test Facility for Honeywell/Redmond Division and Scientific Instruments.  This allows us to handle any warranty repair/replacement of their thermal switches and sensors.



      •       80% of parts removed for cause can be tested to OEM specifications and returned to

             service.


       •         Our average turn-time is 5-7 working days. On request, 24 hour turn-time is available for

             an additional fee.


       •         Parts requiring repair/overhaul can be returned to service at time plus material NOT to 

             exceed 65% of new replacement cost without authorization.  There is no charge for 

             evaluation.

             

     •       We support your in-house reliability tracking and troubleshooting by monitoring the    

             maintenance history/removal frequency of all parts received at ACP.
